Ducati Detroit was founded on the idea that it shares with its parent company; “Ducati Builds Emotion!” With this in mind, they aim to deliver a customer experience comparable to the products they sell…The best in the world! Ducati Detroit is Michigan’s exclusive Ducati dealer and considered one of the company’s flagship stores around the world. Ducati is a premium brand that designs and develops sportbikes characterized by their unmistakable authentic Italian design, distinctive engineering solutions, and superior performance.

CHALLENGE

The Ducati brand is more than just riding a motorcycle, it is a lifestyle. EGO had to find a way to not only sell motorcycles, parts, and apparel but also support the Ducati community that strongly supports the brand; including clubs, events, custom builds, and track days. Ducati Detroit also felt that they should give their customers a rewards program where points can be redeemed for Ducati merchandise.

SOLUTION

Our foremost objective was to build brand loyalty by offering reward points to customers. Within the eCommerce setup, we also built a showcase for the motorcycles and project motorcycles. Along with tying in everyday apparel and parts. We kept the design minimal and clean with only the brilliance of the Ducati Red splattered throughout. Followed up with splatters of yellow to showcase Ducati's new line, Scrambler.
