The Challenge

Synergy Health Partners brings orthopedic, spine, pain, imaging, and therapy care together across several Southeast Michigan locations. The website needed to match that. Patients had to find the right doctor and book quickly, the practice needed to know which care areas were bringing people in, and all of it had to sit on hosting built for patient data.

Our Solution

We rebuilt the site from the ground up and moved it onto our HIPAA hosting.

  • A new site organized around where it hurts, so patients find the right specialist and location fast
  • Hosting on our HIPAA servers
  • Custom-built tracking data that shows which service lines, doctors, and locations patients come in through
  • Appointment booking integrated with Zocdoc, so patients can book a visit without leaving the path they started on

Results & Impact

Synergy is booking more appointments, and more of them are in its higher-margin service areas. The tracking shows where those patients come from, so the practice can keep putting its effort where it pays off.
