Why digital strategy matters

Most marketing budgets leak through channels nobody's checking and tactics nobody chose on purpose. Digital strategy is the work of deciding where the next dollar goes and why, before you spend it.

We build plans for Detroit-area businesses that tie every line of spend to a number leadership actually cares about, then revisit monthly so the plan keeps up with what's actually happening.

What you actually get

The parts that matter, in plain terms.

An honest audit

What's working, what's leaking, and what's just noise. In writing, in plain language.

A plan with an order

Not forty ideas. The first three moves, why them, and what they should return.

Budgets tied to outcomes

Every line of spend points at a number you care about.

One story across channels

Site, search, social, and email pulling in the same direction instead of four.

Course corrections

Plans meet reality monthly. We adjust while adjusting is cheap.

A plan you can hand off

Written clearly enough that a new hire, a new vendor, or your own team can pick it up and keep executing without us in the room.

How it goes

From first call onward

No mystery. You'll know where things stand the whole way.

  1. 01

    We talk

Your goals, your margins, and what growth is supposed to look like.

  2. 02

    We audit

Site, traffic, spend, and competitors. Where the money moves today.

  3. 03

    The plan lands

Priorities in order, budgets attached, in a document your whole team can read.

  4. 04

    It goes to work

With us executing or your own people. The plan stands either way.

  5. 05

    Monthly reality check

What moved, what didn't, what changes next.

  6. 06

    It compounds

Strategy isn't a one-time document. Each monthly check builds on the last, so the plan gets sharper instead of stale.

The work does the talking

Plans that turned into growth, and the moves that did the lifting.

Q&A's

No. The plan stands on its own, priced on its own, and some teams take it and run it with their own people. Plenty ask us to execute some or all of it, and that works too. The point is you'll know what to do either way.
Because ads answer how, not whether. A strategy tells you if those dollars are pointed at the right customers before you spend more of them, and whether the money would work harder somewhere else entirely. It usually pays for itself in the spend it stops.
A written plan in plain language. Where you stand today, what to do first and why, what it should cost, and what it should return. Short enough that your whole team reads it, specific enough that any of them could act on it.
Against the numbers we set together in the plan. Revenue, leads, booked jobs, whatever the goal actually was, not traffic for its own sake. If the plan works, you see it where you already look, in the register and the calendar.
